Candidates must be completed Bachelor in Engineering / Technical in relevant stream.

NALCO will use Gate 2013 exam scores to shortlist candidates for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Both Gate 2013 exam scores and performance given in GD and Interview will be based for final selection.
