Posts are available with Doitc Rajasthan for Informatics Assistants. Six three hundred vacancies (6300 vacancies) are there according to the notification taken out by Rajasthan Informatics dated 1/5/2013. The forms for the above given posts can be filled and submitted till 30th of May 2013. Exam is scheduled for sixteenth of June, 2013.

Eligibility Details

Applicants for Doitc vacancies should not be less than not be less than 21 years of age and not more than thirty five. Age relaxation is however permitted in several cases according to rules laid out by the department of Informatics.

Candidates with a graduate degree are eligible for the assistant’s post. Graduation can be in the fields of Computer, Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Application, Computer Science plus Engineering or Electronics and Communication. Selection Process for DOITC Rajasthan Recruitment 2013

Those desiring to sit for this exam need to clear two levels of examination. A typing test needs to be cleared at the first level. Candidates scoring marks in typing speed will be approved for the next level exam.

Exam Pattern and Syllabus

Two exams need to be cleared before one is able to qualify as an assistant in the informatics. Written paper is of 3 hours and only after clearing that does one become eligible for typing speed paper which is of thirty minutes.

Paper one deals with Aptitude Test and awareness of General nature in Information Technology. Topics in paper one are Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning and analytical reasoning, current affairs, problem solving, development in technology field and affairs affecting Rajasthan and India on the whole.

Technical Theory or IT paper tests one’s knowledge of computer system, Presentation Software like MS Power point (PP), Excel spread sheets, representation of Data, Concepts of Files, word processing (MS word), UINIX, LINUX and Windows etc. One should know all about transference of files, Programming in C and C+, internet security management, web publishing, HTML Interactivity, loops, arrays and funcltions.

Aspiring candidates should have knowledge of Visual Basic and Elements in JAVA Programming. They should know all about error handling, basic active X controls, multiple document interfaces, graphics and working with forms.

To sit for the speed test a personal should have knowledge of both Hindi and English languages. Computer machines are used to conduct the exam.

Online applications are invited for the post of Assistants. They can apply at The applications can also be sent via CSC (e-mitra). Applications can be sent from 1st April till the 30th of year 2013.

Application fee is Rs.500/ for general category and Rs.250/ for the reserved class, SC/ST and OBC classes.
